How do I track my order after my purchase?

Here is the game plan to track your Order:

  1. After completing your purchase you will receive a confirmation receipt in your email about your checkout.

  2. Please check your email that you entered during checkout and look for a title "Luxury Item Store..."

  3. When you find the email and checked that everything is good - you will wait for our team to fulfill your order in our warehouse. (2-3 business days)

  4. After the order is fulfilled you will receive a tracking number email. Look for a title "Luxury Item Store: your order is on its way"

  5. With the tracking number you will be able to track your order with the following link: https://www.17track.net/en

  6. Copy and Paste tracking number on the box and click enter.

  7. If your tracking number status appears as "Not Found" but you see your carrier. That means that everything is perfect and the carrier is waiting to receive the package to update the tracking order activities.

  8. Once your carrier receives your package - the carrier system will update the system and you will be able to track your order back on https://www.17track.net/en. (Our Team will update you once we receive any update from the carrier).
